A favourite spot for mounting biking, the FFC Vallée de l’Ubaye site offers over 340 km of blazed itineraries approved by the French Cycling Federation.
A “Transubayenne” mountain bike run of over 100 km goes through the valley with portions on a former railway track with its tunnels.
There are also bike parks and many downhill runs for all levels, in the ski resorts of Le Sauze and Praloup, with chairlift and cable car access.
