6 km from the village of Colmars-les-Alpes, the Colmars – Ratéry site is a small but complete Nordic area with trails traced under the larch trees.
Excellent snow quality because it faces north and is at between 1685 m and 1800 m. The Ratéry ski area is a guaranteed winter atmosphere, to discover on snowshoes or as you slide down the beautiful snow-covered runs.

Welcome chalet
The “chalet d’accueil” is a warm place to have a hot chocolate or to recuperate and have something to eat beside the fire.
You will also find equipment rental on the spot (skis, snowshoes, toboggans) and ski passes for sale.
The Nordic area
4 cross-country ski trails await you on 20 km of blazed and signposted trails. Slide along under the larches on snow that is always good quality because the area faces North with an altitude around 1,700 metres.
Snowshoeing trails
You can choose between two starting points from the chalet d’accueil or from Colmars-les-Alpes for the more adventurous for lovely snowshoeing outings on blazed trails.
For families with kids
Around the chalet d’accueil there is a tobogganing area and a number of events such as moonlit outings, themed evenings and building igloos.
A night in a yurt
With the family or friends for lasting memories: spend an unusual night in a yurt in the middle of the mountains.
Getting around
A free shuttle service takes you to the Nordic sites to the villages of the vallée du Haut Verdon, on certain days in the high season.
