The Qualité Tourisme™ brand registered by the French Ministry of Tourism Tourisme is allocated to quality approaches recognized for the quality of the tourist service offered to clients. The Région Sud Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur has conducted a pilot approach which has been nationally recognized.
Qualité Tourisme™ professionals meet reception, supervision, facilities and general service criteria organised for satisfying tourists. They have been audited by an external agency and meet the following references: “parcours du client “(information and communication, personalized welcome, skill of staff, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodation, valorisation of local resources).
