1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The use of the Site is reserved for the users who have read the General Terms and Conditions and have accepted them without reserve.

The Site is an information site whose object is to promote the « Alpes de Haute Provence destination». Among the data presented and made available to those surfing on the Site, are services offered by partners of the AD04, the Partner Services.

With the exception of any provisions to the contrary, the Site is accessible to all persons residing in France and outside France for information purposes only.
Considering the global character of the Internet network, you accept to comply with all the public rules and regulations relative to the behaviour of the users of the Internet network and which are applicable in the country from which you consult the Site.

The data and documents supplied on the Site are presented purely as an indication and have no legal value. The AD04 is not bound by these data and reserves the right to modify them. In the case of a game-competition offered on the Site, you must comply with the applicable rules pertaining to it.

11. APPLICA§BLE LAW – ATTRIBUTION DE JURIDICTION
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the case of litigation, the French courts will be the sole courts of competent jurisdiction.
In the case where one of the stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions was found to be null, illicit or non-invocable, the validity, legality or application of the other stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions would not be affected or altered in any way.

12. Cookies
